PRINCIPALS

Eric Larsen has over 23 years of experience in the design, documentation, and management of structural and construction engineering on commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential projects. He is proficient in the engineering of steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and cold-form metal framing. He has extensive experience in the evaluation and rehabilitation of existing structures, including historic buildings. He is skilled in creating economical designs that can be constructed efficiently. Eric graduated from the University of Delaware.

Brad Landis has developed a broad range of experience that includes design and analysis of many building types. His project resume includes large and small scale religious and educational facilities, multi-story residential, commercial, and industrial structures. He is experienced with design of steel, concrete, masonry, light gage, and wood construction materials and is efficient in computer analysis and design of complex structures. Brad graduated from Drexel University.
